Brewed in dedication to Pihtla Õlleköök’s 35th anniversary. XXXV is a dark and dignified beer that carries three and a half decades of experience and character. Its flavour reveals deep roast, dark chocolate, coffee, and a subtle hint of vanilla, all supported by malty sweetness and a strong body.

This is a slow beer – meant to be savoured, not rushed. XXXV symbolises the meeting of Saaremaa’s farmhouse brewing tradition and modern craftsmanship.

Serving temperature: 12–14 °C
Best enjoyed at room temperature from a wide glass, allowing the aroma and flavour to unfold fully.
