Brewed in dedication to Pihtla Õlleköök’s 35th anniversary. XXXV is a dark and dignified beer that carries three and a half decades of experience and character. Its flavour reveals deep roast, dark chocolate, coffee, and a subtle hint of vanilla, all supported by malty sweetness and a strong body.
This is a slow beer – meant to be savoured, not rushed. XXXV symbolises the meeting of Saaremaa’s farmhouse brewing tradition and modern craftsmanship.
Serving temperature: 12–14 °C Best enjoyed at room temperature from a wide glass, allowing the aroma and flavour to unfold fully.
Mekituba is a hazy session IPA with the style’s characteristic hazy, amber appearance. Dry-hopping brings out an intense hop character — with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. At the same time, an IBU level of 20 keeps perceived bitterness low. Wheat and oats give the beer a pleasant, malty body and haziness without making it heavy to drink. The result is a full-flavoured sip that is remarkable at just 4,1%. Brewed in honour of Pihtla’s taproom!
Low carbonated and slightly cloudy archaic farmhouse beer from Saaremaa. The mild flavour and gentle juniper taste carries a 1000-year-old tradition in local brewing, which has been handed down uninterruptedly from father to son for dozens of generations.
Keep refrigerated. Consume within three weeks after bottling. Once opened, best enjoyed within two days.
